At the commencement of every tenancy, we prepare a written inspection report and ensure that the appropriate rental bond is submitted and lodged. Standard procedure at the end of the tenancy is another thorough inspection. Bonds will only be released if the condition of the property is satisfactory. Inspections are also carried out during the tenancy and important repairs and maintenance attended to on your behalf.




 
All financial transactions are conducted efficiently on your behalf with computerised receipting and tracking ensuring that all monies are properly accounted for. Monthly or quarterly statements accompany the regular depositing of funds to your nominated bank account.
